Agent Manager / Vibe Coder (m/f/d)
mika is revolutionizing financial management for small businesses with our AI-powered autopilot solution. We’re on a mission to make expert financial navigation and compliance accessible to all owners of small businesses. Our innovative platform combines automated accounting, proactive insights, and conversational AI to dramatically reduce costs and bureaucratic burden.
We believe AI agents are the future of how work gets done – especially in operations, marketing, and sales. That’s why we’re looking for an Agent Manager / Vibe Coder to supercharge these functions with AI-powered automation. This is not a core product engineering role. You won’t be building our main platform. Instead, you’ll work across operations, marketing, and sales engineering – designing and deploying AI agents that automate workflows, accelerate go-to-market efforts, and scale how we operate as a company. We need someone who can think in workflows, speak in prompts, and ship fast.
Important: This role sits within our operations, marketing, and sales functions. You will not be working on our core product or platform engineering. Our dedicated engineering team handles the main product. Your focus is on building AI agents and automations that make our go-to-market and business operations radically more efficient.
What you’ll do
- You design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real business workflows across operations, marketing, and sales – not the core product.
- You craft and optimize prompts, agent architectures, and multi-step workflows to get the best out of LLMs.
- You vibe-code prototypes, internal tools, and marketing/sales assets at speed – turning ideas into working solutions in hours, not weeks.
- You monitor, debug, and continuously improve agents in production – because shipping is just the beginning.
- You build automation workflows that connect our CRM, marketing tools, internal ops systems, and data sources into seamless pipelines.
- You stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring new tools, frameworks, and approaches to the team.
- You collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify where agents can create the most impact – and then you build them.
- You own AI-driven initiatives across lead generation, outbound sales, customer onboarding, content production, and internal process optimization.
What we’re looking for
This field is too new to measure in years of experience. What matters is what you’ve built.
- You’ve built and deployed AI agents that solve real operational, marketing, or sales problems – not just demos.
- You’re fluent in both code-based approaches (Python, LLM APIs like OpenAI/Anthropic, frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) and no/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Cursor, Bolt, Replit Agent, etc.).
- You have strong prompt engineering skills and understand how to design reliable agent behaviors.
- You can prototype and ship fast – you’re comfortable with vibe coding and building MVPs that get the job done.
- You think in business processes and workflows – you understand how operations, marketing, and sales actually work.
- You’re curious, self-driven, and excited about the pace of change in AI.
- You communicate clearly and can work directly with marketing, sales, and ops stakeholders to translate their needs into agent-powered solutions.
Bonus points
- You’ve built agents for marketing automation, sales outreach, lead qualification, or operational workflows in a startup or fintech context.
- You have experience with RAG, tool use, function calling, and multi-agent systems.
- You’ve contributed to open-source AI/agent projects or have a public portfolio of things you’ve built.
- You have a background in operations, growth, or sales engineering – you understand the business side, not just the tech.
What we offer
- A front-row seat to the AI agent revolution – you’ll shape how AI transforms an entire industry.
- A fast-moving startup environment where your work has immediate, visible impact.
- Flexible working hours, remote-friendly setup, or a spot in our Berlin office.
- Access to top tools and resources – the latest models, frameworks, and APIs at your fingertips.
- A diverse, international team that values curiosity, ownership, and getting things done.
- Competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow with the company.
