What does mika actually do for our agency?
With mika, you can save up to 80% of your accounting time and up to 60% of your tax consulting costs. But that's not all: mika thinks proactively and warns you of missing documents, deadlines and suggests optimization options.
With mika, you no longer do the bookkeeping for your tax advisor, but for yourself. Every todo has an associated savings potential. For example, if we lack an invoice for 1,190€, then you can make a 190€ sales tax refund clear by entering the invoice. With this transparency, you can decide for yourself which todos you want to spend your precious time on and which are not worth the time spent.
If you have questions about finances, bureaucratic procedures, accounting, etc., you no longer have to consult your tax advisor every day. You can switch to mika at any time — even during the current fiscal year. We take care of the complete migration of your data and ensure a smooth transition.
Do you need support for past months or even years? No problem, we can make that possible too!
I have a tax advisor who does everything for me... Do I still need Mika?
Are you completely satisfied with your tax advisor? Everything is running smoothly, communication is right and are you also satisfied with the price? Great - then you don't need Mika! We would even be delighted if you would contact us with your tax advisor, because good recommendations are worth their weight in gold.
But maybe there is a problem at one point or another? For example, DATEV Unternehmen Online really annoyed some of our customers. Or maybe the perpetual back-and-forth document when preparing the annual financial statements annoys you? In that case, Mika could be of interest to you.
