Working Student Sales Operations (m/f/d)
at mika, we are redefining how SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) handle their finances. We automate taxes and bookkeeping so that business owners can focus on scaling their companies, not losing sleep over paperwork. The Role
Are you looking for a long-term role where you can actually move the needle while studying? As a Working Student Sales Operations, you will work hand in hand with our fast-growing team including the founders to bring mika under the people.
You will be an integral part of our growth engine, helping us bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into a fintech startup and build the operational backbone of a modern sales organization.
What You Will Do
- Optimize the SME Sales Funnel: Support the team in managing the lifecycle of an SME lead—from initial identification to automated follow-ups.
- CRM & Data Ownership: Take responsibility for our CRM data quality. You’ll ensure our sales processes are documented, automated, and scalable.
- Support the Founders: Assist the founders with market research, preparation for partner meetings, and ad-hoc operational tasks that arise in a fast-growing startup.
- Outreach & Communication: Help execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, etc.) to ensure mika is the go-to solution for German business owners.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and KPIs to help the team make data-driven decisions.
What You Bring To The Table
- Active Student Status: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Tech, or similar).
- Reliability & Ownership: You are someone we can count on. You take ownership of your tasks and follow through until they are "done-done."
- SME Focus: You have an interest in the German "Mittelstand" and the digital transformation of small and medium businesses.
- Tech Affinity: You are comfortable with tools (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; CRM experience is a huge plus) and love finding ways to work smarter, not harder.
- Language Skills: German at a native/C1 level is required to communicate with our SME customers, along with fluent English.
