Intern Sales Operations (m/f/d)
At mika, we are redefining how SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) handle their finances. We automate taxes and bookkeeping so that business owners can focus on scaling their companies, not losing sleep over paperwork. Having found a strong product-market fit, we are now entering a hyper-growth phase and need ambitious talent to help us bring mika to the forefront of the German SME landscape.
Your Role
This isn’t your average "coffee-fetching" internship. As an Intern Sales Operations, you will work hand in hand with our fast-growing team including the founders to bring mika under the people.
You will act as a junior engine for our growth, gaining a 360-degree view of how a fintech scales while getting your hands dirty in the day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants a "Founders Associate" experience.
What You Will Do
- Fuel the SME Pipeline: Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads. You’ll help define who our next big customers are and how we reach them.
- CRM Mastery: Own and optimize our CRM. You’ll ensure our data is clean, our workflows are automated, and no lead is left behind.
- Founder Support: Support the founders in preparing high-stakes sales meetings, creating pitch decks, and analyzing sales KPIs.
- Communication & Outreach: Craft and test outreach strategies across LinkedIn, Email, and other channels to get mika into the offices of SMEs across Germany.
- Process Building: Help us move from "manual" to "scalable." If you see a repetitive task, you’ll find a tool or a process to automate it.
What You Bring To The Table
- The "Founder" Mindset: You are proactive, curious, and don't wait for a manual. You see a problem and you solve it.
- SME Interest: You understand (or are eager to learn) the unique challenges that small and medium businesses face in Germany.
- Data & Tech Savvy: You love a good spreadsheet and are comfortable navigating modern SaaS tools.
- Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator in German (native/C1 level is essential for our market) and fluent in English.
- Academic Drive: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field, or you are in your gap year.
