Senior Full-Stack Developer - Python & React (m/w/d)

Salary Range: up to EUR 80k brutto per year + VSOP (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software across our entire stack
Collaborate closely with founders and team members to define and implement new features
Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish best practices
Support the growth of junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on backend development
Expert-level knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
Proven track record of building and deploying production-level applications
Experience with cloud providers and cloud native approaches, particularly AWS
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small, agile team

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Pulumi or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of financial technology or accounting software
Previous startup experience
Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in large language models
